I applied through university. I interviewed at Community Legal Aid (Springfield, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview was about 45 minutes long, with the entire hiring committee consisting of about five people. Mainly asked questions about why I would want to do the work and my prior experience with clients. Everyone was friendly but also serious and each went around and asked a set of what seemed to be preselected questions.
