Interview
Typical process. You can expect to be interviewed by phone and if successful have a follow up technical interview. At this time the company is still sort of putting the pieces together on their interview process despite being nearly a decade old. If anything it makes the process a lot less painless and quick. No interview-by-committee nonsense.
