Rushed and felt the recruiter knew very little about the position. After initial phone call there was no follow up about the position. Felt very impersonal and the recruiter had not even looked at my resume prior to the call

Very streamlined process, personnel work very hard to make it easy. Low key and non-judgemental, easy going. Never felt defensive or intimidated. CHG personnel are seasoned and caring.
