Like the other interviewees have said, this company is on-the-ball and engaging when you first reply, then, even after what feels like a positive first interview, they simply ghost you.
Now, I understand that they may have had a lot of candidates to interview for their role - but not getting back to someone you've interviewed and promised to notify is plain rude.
Even if they were to reach out and make an offer to me now, I wouldn't accept because how companies treat staff during the interview process says a lot about how they'll treat/engage with you once hired.

Not a great experience. Approached directly. Erratic messaging prior to requesting a task. The feedback didn't correlate with the task at hand. It was as though I had been given the wrong instructions or there was a communication breakdown in-house or they were looking for free work/ways of working.

Poorly structured interview, asked lots of intrusive questions about current company including wanting to know the value of stock options. Didn't really seem to understand the role they were hiring for. Never received any follow up feedback after the interview about next steps, despite positive verbal feedback during the call. The company ghosted me after which was really rude.

Hi Apologies,
Your interview experience with us was not ideal. We generally try and get back to every candidate but in March 2023, we interviewed approximately 60 people for 3 positions, so apologies if we missed coming back to you.
Thought of giving you more context based on your comments;
1) We like to understand the stock options because for the selected candidates we offer replacement stock options in addition to the new stock options that we provide. We prefer successful candidates to not miss out on their existing stock options.
