I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Compass Education
Interview
After multiple interviews and applications they just decided to ghost me and hoped I got the message I was rejected. A very unprofessional way to intake employees with an extreme noncompete that is much more restrictive than other tutoring companies that don't need as much power over tutors. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere to companies that will respect you more.

Telephone “intake” before going into office. Sample tests at office for skill qualification. In person interview with two staff members (former tutors). Asked to prepare and deliver a lesson as if interviewees were tutees.
