Hiring process is roughly 6/7 interviews and is done in my opinion very unprofessionally. Every round is basically the same (behavioral questions, laid back, seeing if you are a culture fit) except for the last one. My last round was with a C-Level executive that didn’t follow the interview script I was given for the last round, and he showed up to the interview eating his lunch...
They never provided me feedback on my interviews, so not sure how I’m suppose to improve from that process. You are kept in the dark throughout the whole process, which raises some major red flags.
I truly felt that I was given an unfair chance at the last round of the process which is unfortunate, but that’s their loss!
