The whole process took four weeks. I had two phone screens a week apart from each other with two recruiters. I was then brought on-site to meet with the recruiters a week later. Another week after that I was brought on-site again to meet with the senior recruiter. At that point I inquired as to how much longer the process would take as I could not continue to take off of work. I was told if I was to be passed on, I would be brought on site again to meet with three additional company representatives. All the recruiters were very pleasant and knowledgable. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the company and its promise. The employees seem very bright and the culture seemed competitive (in a good way). In the end I did not get the job but the experience was altogether positive. The one qualm I did have was the neglect to respect my time as a currently employed candidate. My advice- think about adding round robin interviewing or panel interviewing to your on-site process. It is a little more work to schedule but in the end benefits the time of everyone involved.
