Compass Software Engineering Manager interview questions

Recruiter call, followed by an initial screen and panel interviews. Interviews were mostly conversational and not a technical one except for one system design round. Quite unsure what were they looking for with all the different interviews which seemed a big red flag to me as a candidate, this is quite evident looking at other reviews here. End of the day it’s not a tech company or a product company but a real estate company as was evident with some of the interviews. Recruiter came back with a generic feedback of everyone liked but not moving forward.
