Interview
My friend works there and her boss said he needed a secretary. I was interviewed the same day within an hour. I filled out a VERY limited application. The owner gave a VERY informal 30 minute interview. Asked me NONE of the standard interview questions. He said he could just tell by instinct that I was a good employee.
