very poor interview questions- looking for people to get in the door nothing else. A pulse=a job. It was shocking to see how little they prepared for their own interview, i think it could use a bit of revamping.

20 min phone screen, pre screen with a recruiter, on site interview client interview and offer from the company, pretty easy in terms of the process. Would reccomend agency to friends looking for work or a new job.
