I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Composite Technology (Texas) (Grapevine, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was connected by a recruiter who found me on linkedin. I got an interview and took a skills test. I requested a tour and got to meet the team I would work with. Everyone seemed nice.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Composite Technology (Texas) (Grapevine, TX) in Mar 2013
Interview
Submitted resume through Indeed, received a call two days later for an interview. Very flexible with when the interview was (clearly it was on my schedule, which was nice since I am a student). Arrived about 15 minutes early, was received exactly on time, taken to a back office for a 1:1. Brought a copy of my resume (which looked nicer than what I submitted online, since the online app requires your resume to be submitted in ASCII with no formatting), interviewer wanted the prettier version and seemed impressed. Asked solely on my ability to operate a computer and excel, but the interviewer did not seem to want to ask me much of anything. He seemed to be looking for someone skilled in making charts, graphs and using excel equation, and after I said I could do that, he was satisfied. Afterwards, I was taken on a tour around the facility by a separate employee, returned to the interviewer who still had no questions, and then sent on my way. The whole process took about 1hr 30min.
