You must be 100% proficient with the technologies listed in the job description. They are not flexible at all if you have experience with other technologies but not the specific ones they require. Even though they could have decided not to invite me to the technical interview because I lacked experience with some of their required technologies (even though I had worked with related frameworks), they still called me in — but later mentioned that I would not be selected because I didn’t have experience with the exact technologies I had already told them I lacked.
