Interview
The recruiter contacted me with details and employee benefits. I submitted my resume and fixed a brief technical screening that wen well. So the recruiter sent my resume to the marketing team there along documents required for marketing and the marketing team started submitting my resume to their clients. Since then I have had 3 interviews on Java and J2EE related technologies that mostly contained advanced Java questions.

Question 1
1) Describe your project architecture.
2) What was your role on the project.
3) What were your daily responsibilities.
4) Explain some difficult technical challenges faced in the most recent project and how did you resolve them.
5) Differentiate between various versions of Java.
6) Differentiate between various UI frameworks.
7) Difference between List and Map and which one to choose from a performance standpoint.

Interview
All friends and family members get hired without any issues, couples get their partners interviewed and gets selected easily.. bit of boot licking and buttering. Same people follow groupism and if you dont know how to be a part of office politics, you'll be suffocating yourself with in few days :(

Not at all relevant, they focus on paying you less as much as possible. after joining you'll realize that their favorites getting more then double to your salary.
