It took overall a month to complete the process but it was easy and the HR would update after each round of interview. And the date of joining was given after the background check and drug test

I spoke to the HR consultant to discuss the role and my past experience in the insurance industry. The role matched well with my technical skills and expertise, the HR consultant agreed and was excited to schedule an on site interview for the following week. She also promised to keep me updated on a decision, but she thought i was the perfect candidate. I never heard from anyone with a decision, invitation or feedback. I felt this act was unprofessional and hope this review helps improve the interview process.
