I applied online. I interviewed at Con Edison in May 2024
Interview
Yes and no questions at start then followed by behavioral questions and then general scenarios. All the questions were pretty basic. The interviewers were really polite and helpful. Overall the interview process was very fair and challenging.
I applied online. I interviewed at Con Edison (New York, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
It was a good experience initially - first interview was short and somewhat casual, about 2 weeks later I was invited to a more formal behavioral interview - which I attended. Approx. 1 weeks later I was asked for my references and told a 3rd shorter interview would be scheduled - and thennnnn I was ghosted. I never heard a peep again - even after emailing for an update.
