One on one interview with center leadership team members and area supervisor. Interview was not intense but to the point and concise. Follow up phone interviews by other area and regional leadership showed a vested interest in employee selection and effort to improve clinical processes. 2nd follow up interview with direct supervisor was brief and included job offering.
