Processo não muito claro e confuso. Primeiro uma entrevista técnica com outros desenvolvedores e depois com os CEO e CTO. Na de desenvolvedores os entrevistadores falam e discutem pacificamente sobre diversas tecnologias e os CEO e CTO apresentam a empresa. Porém não falam sobre o processode inboard da empresa. Apenas qual os valores oferecidos.

They call me two days in advance and ask me to be at the office. I was interviewed by 3 VP's, they were great. A lot of open questions and I had a great time.
