During the first interview, they gave me an IT skills assessment that was proctored by the manager and focused on general troubleshooting, Windows operating system (user and administrator level), and SQL basics (writing and interpreting simple queries. Then I was interviewed by the manager and her manager regarding my past experience. I was also called in for a second interview with members of the team to determine if I was a good fit.
