Concilium Search interview questions

3 interview 1.5 months of communication and evaluation process While it was going positive, their attitude was nice. However, after the last interview, which I was expecting final feedback from their client, suddenly I lost my contact with conciliumsearch. I assume client's feedback was negative but is it not worthy to have short feedback about it? I really do not understand disrespecful behaviour of this consultant company. I find it very disrespectful and wrong attitude. Candidates should have the right to get the final feedback and understand the reason behind it. Most of the consultant companies like ConciliumSearch do not pay attention to this point. I think they only see a candidate engineers as a person from them they can make money. When feedback turns out to be negative, candidates are not worthy to have a short feedback. Very disrespectful !!!
