Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. However, the background check is horrendous, albeit necessary. I passed all stages of my background check for them to decline to continue processing my background check due to something they say was disclosed during my backgrounds, which is absolute BS. I've never been in trouble with the law a day in my life. I personally feel like they needed to say something. I was getting too close, and I think they have a problem with people that look like me.

Interview
The hiring process includes the standard local, State and POST requirements such as written test, physical agility, oral interviews (2 total), psychological testing, medical, VSA, MMPA, background investigation and Chief's interview. The most recent applicant pool was 470 with the intention of hiring four officers.
