Interview
Took a month and a half to get through the process. Initial phone screen with recruiter, 2 zoom meetings with regional director and a zoom with the Head of Revenue. Then had to do a mock discovery to both of them. I had to initiate half of the next meetings. Please consider reps who have other styles of selling for the role, not everyone sells the same way.

The interview process was very standard. A discovery conversation with a 3rd party recruiter. A discovery conversation with an internal recruiter. A conversation with my direct manager and a skills test.
