Few rounds of interviews with a recruitment agency then with the implementation team. Was told they would reach out back and explain me what to expect for next steps - Never heard back even after me reaching back.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews- recruiter call, assessment , HR call, call with 3 separate directors (total of 3 hours) , tech rounds, surveys, tests etc. Even after they directly said I’ve cleared each individual round until the very last round, ghosting happened. There was a lot of micromanagement that I noticed during the interview process. It was a total waste of time after spending several hours during the interview process. I happened to learn that overwork is an issue in this company. I’m glad for not being offered a job here.

Interview
Candidate personality came first, skills came second though skills were very much tested also in the process.
Total of 4 rounds + written logical test.
Even though there were 4 rounds all were fun and challenging at the same time.
