      Technical Support Representative Interview

      8 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Kansas City, MO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Conexon (Kansas City, MO)

      Interview

Interviewed with a woman over the phone, I have yet to meet the woman that I interviewed with so I am guessing that she was part of the hiring team and not the actual Technical Support COC. She asked very basic behavior questions that are more focused on telling her more about myself and about I would react to different customer interactions. There were little to no technical questions asked. I received a response back a few days after my interview.
