There was an initial interview process, followed by an orientation and training call, and a final pilot event call with someone overseeing and taking notes on performance. After that off and running with the events themselves.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Confetti in Nov 2024
Interview
I met with their Interim VP of marketing after a phone screening. His main focus was an "attribution challenge". The whole interview was like him trying to get free consulting. I submitted a lengthy document on his attribution problems, he wrote back with a positive response. Shortly after his response I heard back from the recruiter saying Confetti would not be moving forward with my candidacy.

Question 1
Meta is counting conversions that isn't adding up to the attribution in our marketing automation tool. How do we fix this.
The interviewer was adamant about staying in the companies salary range at the low end which is far below market value. This company doesn't pay its talent and will continue to hire C level players instead of A level.
