      Connected with HR and took a while to set up phone interview.. all interview process was good .. only thing is after very round myself need to reach out to HR to get status for next round .. and HR took much time to give the final feed back..

      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Confluent (New York, NY) in Aug 2018

      Interview

      I had two interviews. First with the recruiter then with the hiring manager. I thought both went well. The hiring manager even said at the end of the interview that the recruiter would get back in contact with me to schedule a next interview. Then...radio silence. I sent one email to the recruiter after 7 days asking for some interview feedback. No response. I sent another email 10 more days after that. No response. It was very unprofessional by then to lead me on and not respond at all. A simple reply saying 'sorry, we decided to move in another direction' would have worked.
