Confluent Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I participated in four interview and a test on pitch writing. The sample pitch was reviewed and I spoke with many members of the team. The whole processes took two months.

I actually loved talking to the recruiter. I didn’t know much about Confluent and was a little scared off by the Glassdoor and Repvue reviews but she got me interested. It’s too bad the hiring manager spent the next round laughing and bragging about how hard he is to his SDRs and how his team is the best team, all the while not being able to answer questions around how many people are attaining quota. At the end of the interview he gave me an assignment to send him a message on LinkedIn with a few various things about Confluent. He responded asking if I had used ChatGPT. The guy was a giant red flag and completely put me off from wanting to work there.
