My interview process includes an initial HR screening, technical or skills assessment, interviews with the hiring manager and team, final discussion on fit, and a decision or offer afterwards stage.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Connect DFW (Irving, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
2 face to face interviews.
1 get to know you chat (didn't even talk about the job itself, just culture)
1 face to face where I was taught the business model.
It wasn't until my second interview I knew that the special event specialist title was just bait. She explained that everyone in the company must first start by selling sports games tickets door to door at local businesses. Like a Girl Scout with cookies I would be assigned to a neighborhood of businesses each day and work that area until I had sold my tickets or exhausted my resources. Then if I met or exceeded my goals on a consistent basis I could move up to her position and I would get to work in the office and recruit like her. My salary ask at the time was 48,000. She told me that only the top earners in the company we're reaching that threshold. We stopped in the middle of her sales pitch to me because it was clear I wasn't buying what she was selling.

Question 1
I can't recall. Most of the questions were designed to see if I had a good additude.

Interview
The interview was laid back. Basically Getting to know each other and also learning all the different types of things that they sell. Then during the interview went over how they do their training which is in the field.
