I had one phone interview, one face to face interview with 3 associates, and then a final interview which tests how well you can problem solve and navigate thru their systems.
The phone interview was a basic screen. The first in person interview was different. They ask a series of questions one right after the next and there wasn't much engaging/feedback until the oddball round of questions. That seems to be typical now a days with the rattling off of questions, taking notes but I expected more for such a forward thinking company.
There were some basic interview questions, situational and then the oddball round. I enjoyed it overall, thought I did really well and haven't heard from them since. I've reached out to them 3 times post interview. I get it... you're busy, I wasn't what you were looking for. But after a phone interview, 2 in person interviews and an IQ test I at least deserved the common courtesy of an email. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Again, especially for a company who places such high standards on ethics and professionalism.
