Job interviews for inbound insurance agent sales representatives are always initiated and conducted through a third party recruiter from a recruiting agency and the recruiter extends offers of employment after the first interview which is the initial interview. There was no second interview prior to offer of employment. Offers of employment are for seasonal work assignments
