Standard oil and gas company recruitment process: Online, Phone, Panel interview, Assessment Centre, Final interview. Applied online, Completed the tests: much easier than the Shell one. Thank GOD! Talked to HR over the phone. Panel interview: competency based, technical based. Assessment centre: OK experience; again, much easier than the Shell one. Final interview: one-to-one interview. Overall, it was ok.

It was an on-campus interview lasted about 20min. Very informal. The interviewer was a senior engineer. Questions were mostly competence based e.g. describe yourself, team working experience, extra-curricular activities, also he asked about my previous work placement experience. He was very friendly so the interview was quite easy unfortunately I still had to apply online but I failed the online application.
