Not Tough but they want Cheap Labor. Too Much break ups in Salary Structure. Highest Qualification certificates for 2 years held. HR Team needs to sharpen their minds on deciding whether to recruit or not.

IND AS 115-DEFERRED and UNBILLED REVENUE and Basic Accounting entries. Purely seems to be BPO. Mostly variable salary structure.
2 rounds basically one with regards to Technical and one to behaviour. Technical is all about accounting terms and accounting process. Behaviour round they check the way you are communicating and responding to the questions Whether you are capable of handling the position
