Interview
The interview took place in two part. The first was a basic phone interview with several basic interview questions before explaining the job and the rate of pay. After the initial phone interview, they had me do a personality assessment on my computer.
The second step was a zoom interview with two people. There was between 6-10 basic interview questions. At the end of the call they stated a background and drug test had to be passed.
After the zoom interview, the had me do a basic computer assessment and excel assessment.

This interview process was quite lengthy. Since I've applied it has been 3-4 months. That is the only downside I have discovered. The people that have helped me along this process have been so kind, very helpful and personable.

The ladies that interviewed me asked me many questions. They asked me "What was sometime that I did everything I could and still failed and what did you learn?" along with many other questions.
