We scheduled an interview at my school's career fair. After talking with the area's credit manager, I took a couple of personality / IQ tests. Met again with the division store manager and then took three more tests. Overall the process went well and I liked the company, but even after the final interview they didn't bother to reach out to let me know that they went with another candidate. I had to ask some weeks later what happened. I recognize they don't owe me anything, but I felt like it would be professional if they had let me know their decision.
