Interview
It was a working interview to start where they test your skills and expertise on basic microsoft office tasks. They provide a handbook and train you on their procedures. We were mainly being interviewed/tested to see how fast and accurate we could complete the assigned tasks. They were behind and were playing catch up on some of their accounts.

Thank you for your input on the interview process. As of February 2016 we have implemented a new hiring process in place of the 3 day working interview. We will continue to work to improve the application, interview, and hiring process to keep hiring great candidates to join our team.
