Because we make every effort to hire the right fit for our teams, Consolidated Supply Co. takes the interview process very seriously and conducts several sets of interviews prior to a job offer across all levels in our organization. Our intention is that interviews are conducted in a professional manner and we do our best to put our candidates at ease, for example, we encourage interviewees to take their time to think through their thoughts.
The question posed to candidates during the HR Clerical interview process that you’ve referenced would have been, “If you could go back and change any one thing during your career or education, what would it be and why?” At Consolidated Supply Co., we apply a “seek to understand” approach, therefore follow up questions would be asked during an interview when more context is needed.
