I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Constant Aviation (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2022
Interview
Firstly the job position posted on their website stated that they were seeking morning shift workers, secondary that experience wasn't required. I was interviewed by three at the same time. Told that they were looking for 2nd shift, and continually asked about experience. Asked if I knew electrical and plumbing, if I knew how to use tools (sorry guess I misunderstood the statement No Experience Required). One of these interviewers had the attitude that I was wasting his time and had better things to do. I asked a question of "what gets you up to go to work every morning?" This same guy replies with Money. Whelp that would be a no-no if I gave that as an answer for trying to get a job. Guess it dosen't apply to those who are trying to find employees. Don't waste Your Time with these people and the company.

Question 1
Continually asked me if I could handle heavy lifting. I guess me being a women they thought me too dainty to do the work. Though if anyone is lifting something that heavy they shouldn't be lifting by themselves ever, unless they want to risk onsite work injures.

Interview
Interview process was typical for the industry. The Interview is with department head, skill specific questions and a tour of the facilities. Everything is laid out very clearly as far as job description and expectations.
