Constellation was working with a local recruiting firm. Process went like this:
1. Phone interview with recruiter
2. Compete written whitepaper about sales & software philosophy
3. Phone interview with local sales manager
4. Phone interview with COO
5. Caliper personality test
6. In person interview with local sales manager and COO
7. Phone interview with President
The whole process took almost two months. They consider this to be an entry-level position. To me the process was overkill for entry-level and made me wonder about the organization's ability to make decisions efficiently.
