5 rounds in total. All are video calls. Round 1 - General intro call. Some light web tech questions. Round 2 - Technical test call - general web knowledge. Round 3 - Technical test call - coding knowledge. Round 4 - Behavioral call Round 5 - One week long paid trial period. Work with the team you are going to join and do the work you are suppose to do. Under guidance of course. They are a remote first company and their interviewing process is rigorous for that reason. I totally understand.

Interview
The interview process typically consists of 6 to 7 meetings. It begins with an initial conversation with your direct manager, which is more focused on getting to know you and your background rather than deep technical details. The second step is a technical interview, designed to assess your basic programming knowledge and collaboration skills.
Following this, there’s a series of additional meetings: two more technical interviews, one with a product manager, and one with high-level company executives.
