Interview
Very smooth process with first interview with their Head of People. The second interview is with the same person but drastically focused on the role itself. Depending on the positive feedback there is also a study case and a final interview with their CEO.
Although I didn’t receive an offer I really had a surprisingly good experience with them ! All the process was quite fast and not bureaucratic at all! Their Head of People is extremely competent and able to establish a good and calm conversation.

Interview
Classic first HR interview done in order to know better the candidate. Text book questions, nothing more nothing less. The interviewer was accomodating and it was a nice chat. Unfortunately, even if the interview goes well, they won't get back to you unless you reach out to them.

Interview
I have applied to the position on Linkedin.
I was then quickly contacted by the HR Team with a very nice email proposing me to proceed to the next steps of the recruiting process. This process consisted in 2 interviews, first with the HR manager and then with the founder of Consultport !
The 2 interviews lasted roughly 30 minutes with questions on my experience, motivation, interest in Consultport and on my personality.
After these interviews, I had a proposal within 1 week.
