Interview
My interview process was very minimal. I was already employed in one department and was applying for a promotion. I spoke with my current supervisor, and she spoke with my potential supervisor, and they spoke with the VP. I actually didn't even submit a resume until after I was hired. I don't know what advice to give to a potential applicant.
