I had 2 phone interviews, with then Head of Sales and the CMO (now my Manager), followed by an in-person interview day onsite at the Contentful office. The in-person interview process took about 3 hours and involved short sessions with 7 different people. Nobody tried to catch me out, they were just trying to figure out if I was smart, motivated and willing and able to learn quickly and do the job.
