Moved pretty quickly, made it to the third round and was told I interviewed real well and the team really liked me. Recruiter was very quick in responding and overall everybody I had the pleasure of interviewing with were all great and phenomenal people, I could sense how great the company culture was based off these interviews. After already screening me and going through my experience I did not receive an offer because my lack of experience, I wish this was something that was address in the initial interview so we would not have wasted each other’s time. Little bit more transparency in the beginning and not leading candidates on is the only negative aspect of it, but other than that, great company and great people
