The interview process is simple, relatively quick, and deceptive. They are always looking for people, so they will play along with you. Beware "bait and switch" tactics: With some prospects, they'll get you in the door and get you going, but then at the last second and with no warning they will put you in a position you didn't bargain for, either to harass you or because they need you there. They will not discuss it with you beforehand.
