I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Continuity Programs in Jan 2019
Interview
Had a phone interview, a face to face interview and a second interview. It was all professional and comfortable. The phone interview was brief, about 10 minutes. The face to face interview was about an hour and a half. The second interview was about an hour and a half as well. A lot of time was spent on making sure I could handle a heavy workload, handle and filter staff requests for Owners time and that they were looking for a long term commitment for that position.

Question 1
Asked how I would handle multiple tasks at the same time and if I was comfortable with making appointment setting phone calls
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Continuity Programs (Detroit, MI) in Sept 2016
Interview
Per the job listing, emailed my resume directly to the owner who then called to briefly discuss my resume, and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was given the date and time in which to call the hiring manager.

Question 1
The phone interview was full of what I've always deemed to be illegal interview questions. She seemed to be "fishing" for my age but the one the threw me over the top was when she asked if I had any children. This was especially disconcerting as it came directly after she told me that their current designer is leaving because she's having a baby and wants to stay home with it.
