Interview
I was given the opportunity to interview through a staffing agency. There was only one interview with the Accounting Manager and one of the owners. There are two owners. Informal interview process lasted only thirty minutes.
short and to the point. it is a small business and small building. Most interviews start with this question and how you answer it will make your first impression. If you stumble over the answer and aren’t quite sure what to say–you’re lack of confidence in yourself is showing. If you start listing all your greatest accomplishments and talk too much, your ego might look a little too big. You need to find a good balance between being confident, but not pretentious.

Straight forward questions, they want to know if you will be a good fit for the job.
First round was to a general interview with manager, got through and was called for the second round. Second round was with the VP , who dug deep into my background and how i would handle the current role
