Two rounds interview. The first one was taken by the head of IT department. Before that, I was asked by HR assistant to do a paper-based psychology test. The inteview by the head of IT was normal. He just asked me some project management experience based on my CV. A little strange that there was no English required. The second round, interview by the head of HR, was happened two weeks later. Just chat like gossip. Actually they had already decided to hire me at that time.
