Convergence Group interview questions

Interesting approach for a senior position. 15 minute screening call for a pricey job which was evidently a tick box exercise. Curiously they were largely yes/no answers and because time was ticking, I know because I was reminded often, there wasn't much time to add context or examples. If this is the extent of their people hiring practises then I would be concerned about the culture of the business.
