The process took about a month and consisted of three rounds of interviews. The first was with the the head of talent aquisition and consisted of mostly general questions about my experience and what made me interested in working for Convergent. The second interview was with the hiring manager and went into more depth about what the role entails. The final interview was a panel interview with the heads of the departments I will be interacting with the most in the role as well as the lead SCADA engineer. This was a very technical interview and I was asked detailed questions about my prior job experience, my technical background, and my SCADA knowledge. Overall I had a very positive interview experience. Everyone I interviewed with was knowledgable, and clear in their expectations. They were communicative about the steps of the process and prompt with their responses and scheduling.
