I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Converse
Interview
The interview was fine, there was a problem with the connection and so was quite irritating (Google video interview). Seemed to put a downer on both the entire process as we had to restart the video about 3 or 4 times. Was asked to complete a project as part of second step however I never received a final email to state that I had not received the position which was a shame. It would have been nice to receive feedback on why I did not get the position so that I could improve, however I understand that a high volume of applicants makes this difficult.
I applied online. I interviewed at Converse (Boston, MA)
Interview
Good, it was informal. Not too long, took about 15 minutes to complete. There were several questions. Overall, nothing too crazy and not too time consuming. Would not stress about it

Question 1
Why Converse and what do you hope to get out of the experience?
One 25 minute Recruiter phone screen, then there was two 45 minute interviews with hiring managers on the team. Overall a super smooth & positive experience with all three interviews
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Converse (Boston, MA) in Nov 2021
Interview
two interviews: one phone screening for fifteen minutes and one formal zoom call. Interviewers were very friendly and asked interesting questions. Interviewers were from a different department than I ended up working in.
