I applied online and the process took approximately 3 weeks.
1. Phone Screen with Recruiter
- General background discussion and went over the role.
2. Technical Screen with Hiring Manager
- Went over expectations and goals for the role in the next 6-12 to months.
3. Panel Interview with 3 team members across different departments
- Focus was more on teamwork and cross functional skills.
Overall a great experience. What stood out to me was the process and people. They felt much more mature than their size. The team had high expectations from each other, but put value in empathy.
